[CSharp.net] CommandBarButton enable/disable

Hallo zusammen,
ich hab ein Problem. Ich hab eine Outlook AddIn gebaut. Dieses
exportiert per ButtonClick eine mail. Jetzt möchte ich diesen Button
aktivieren wenn ich in die Inbox wechsele. Sonst soll der Button
deaktiviert sein.
Ich hab auch schon mit dem Event FolderSwitch rumexperimentiert, aber
ich weiß nicht wie ich das einbauen soll. An welcher Stelle muss ich
denn diesen =84Eventlauscher=93 setzen? Ich kenne mich mit EventHandlern
überhaupt nicht aus, daher weiß ich nicht wie ich damit umgehen =
soll.
Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand von euch helfen kann!
